Carmel cops charge Mahopac, Boston men with DWI
CARMEL — Police charged two motorists with driving while intoxicated — one after he crashed his car then ran off, the other after he got out of his car during a traffic stop to tell the officer he was fine, Carmel Chief Michael Johnson said today.
